19/7 After the long hot exertions of yesterday I decided to have an easy day today so stopped only 8km after Estella. It was a climb all the way up to here and passed many beautiful old monasteries, and at one, the Irache monastery, we were able to help ourselves to red wine and water next to the vinery.
